de’tres does not test our products or the ingredients used in our products on animals.

Yes, all de’tres beauty products do not contain any parabens.

Yes, as our products are formulated using natural ingredients, it is safe to be used on sensitive skin. However, this might vary from person to person. We do still recommend for you to always carry out a sensitivity test patch before using to ensure no skin irritation. Stop using the product if you see or experience any redness or irritation after using this product. If irritation persists, please consult a dermatologist.

Yes, as our products are formulated using natural ingredients, it is safe for pregnant women. You can find the full ingredient list on the product page, and we recommend that you review it with your doctor to determine if our products work with your pregnancy plan

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we do ship our products to East & West Malaysia.

We regret that we are currently unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of Malaysia.

Once your order is sent out you will be emailed a tracking link to keep tabs of your parcel. You can track your order here by keying in your tracking number.

Please note that our delivery is 2-10 working days for West Malaysia, 5-14 working days for East Malaysia.

Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving the order and couriered out between 9am – 5pm from Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately we are unable to change your shipping address once your order has been confirmed. Before you place your Order, you will have the opportunity of identifying whether you have made any input errors. You may correct those input errors before placing your Order. Please ensure that you enter a complete and accurate delivery address before clicking order confirm.

If you find that items are damaged upon delivery, please email us at support@detres.com.my within a week of receiving your parcel/order with supporting evidence and your order number and we will be happy to assist.

In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order or it is an incorrect order, please email us at support@detres.com.my as soon as you open your order/parcel and we will be happy to assist.

Shipping charges of RM8 will be applied to West Malaysia.

Shipping charges of RM25 will be applied to East Malaysia.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellation

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns and refunds after purchase. In the case where you’ve received an incorrect order or faulty item, do drop us an email at support@detres.com.my and we will be in contact with you very soon!
