SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Once your order is placed it will be reviewed. Orders will be dispatched within 2- 4 business days upon us receiving your order.
de’tres reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.
Because we want to offer you the quickest delivery possible, please kindly be advised once your order enters our system, we are not able to cancel it.
Please kindly be advised we do not provide replacements.
International Shipping
We apologise but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of Malaysia on detres.com.my
Shipping & Handling
All orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays within Malaysia). Please note that if your order was placed over the weekend, it will be processed the following week.
After processing, orders may take up to 2-14 working days to be delivered.
Your order will be delivered using our own selected courier services in Malaysia such as but not limited to DHL Express, Pos Laju, J&T Express and any other courier services.
Please note that you will have to sign for your order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the item will be couriered to you the next day. Please call the assigned logistic company and provide your tracking number to arrange for a redelivery.
If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the assigned logistic company will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If three attempts (total) are made to deliver your order, it will be returned to de’tres. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.
de’tres will not be responsible for orders signed for by someone other than the designated recipient.
If you find that items are damaged upon delivery, please report to Customer Service on the same day with supporting evidence and your Invoice number. Reimbursement is subjected to the courier company’s discretion.

Peninsular Malaysia
- Shipping cost: RM 8
- Time frame: 2 – 10 business days
East Malaysia
- Shipping cost: RM 25
- Time frame: 5 – 14 business days
Free standard shipping for all orders above min spend of RM 150(WM) and RM250(EM).
Shipping may take additional time during promotional periods, holidays and extreme weather conditions.
