- Remove sheet mask from packaging
- Place sheet mask onto face and gently press down on sheet mask to adhere mask evenly to your face. Start from your nose and move outwards to the edge of your face
- Relax for 10-20 mins. Remove mask and gently massage remaining essence into skin
